Vacuum Ball Valves have the advantage of being turned completely off to on in one 90 degree rotation of thehandle while offering high gas throughput and conductance. Our vacuum ball valves are designed to have a loweak rate, typically on the order of 1x1 0-6 Torr. These ball valves have KF16-KF50 vacuum flange for connection tothe vacuum system, are manually or pneumatic operated , and made of stainless steel. Primarily used in backinglines on rotary or scroll pumps.
