*Klemmer: Aluminium eller Rustfritt stål 304
*O-ring: Viton/NBR/EPDM
*Størrelse: KF10-KF50 (Se figur 1)
Vakuum område
Elastomer tetning: >= 1 x 10 -8Torr
Temperaturområde
Viton: -50°C til 200°C
NBR: -20°C til 80°C
Installasjon
ISO-KF-komponentene settes sammen ved å sette en sentreringsskjøring mellom de to flensflater, og deretter sikre samlingen med en flens som omfatter klemme (se figur 2)
