Tillämpningar
KF-flänsar har en könlös design tillverkad av rostfritt stål 304 och kan användas i ett brett utbud av applikationer inklusive:
* Grov- och förpumpningssystem
* Små rörsystem
* System som kräver ofta rengöring eller modifiering
* Forsknings- och undervisningslaboratorier
Material och storlek
*Flänsar, Pluggar, Kopplingar: Rostfritt Stål 304, 316L eller Aluminium
*Klämmor: Aluminium eller Rostfritt Stål 304
*O-ring: Viton/NBR/EPDM
*Storlek: KF10-KF50 (se figur 1)
Vakuumomfång
Elastomerpackning: >= 1 x 10 -8Torr
Temperaturintervall
Viton: -50°C till 200°C
NBR: -20°C till 80°C
Installation
ISO-KF-komponenterna monteras genom att sätta in en centreringring mellan de två flänsytorna och sedan säkra monteringen med ett flänskläm (se figur 2)
